Customer Service



All shipments within the United States will be sent via UPS.  Shipping charges to your location will be calculated at checkout.  

We ship Monday through Friday.  In most cases, orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed the same business day, while orders after 3pm EST will begin shipping the following day.  All orders will ship within 2-3 business days.  

 Library ships worldwide.  International shipments are sent by USPS, without tracking number in some countries and total freight charges will be determined at checkout.  All international orders are final sale, no returns accepted.




We want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your item.

Library will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise with original tags within 10 days of purchase. A return after 10 days will only be issued an exchange or store credit. Final sale items cannot be returned. To initiate a return you must use our exchange/return form. To receive that form, email info@libraryfashion.com and follow the easy steps to print the document and include in your return box.

You will have the option for us to send you a prepaid label for your return that you can drop at any UPS dropbox, UPS store or give it to a UPS carrier. A flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping. The prepaid label cannot be used for shipments outside the US.


You are welcome to send an item back to us at the address below using another shipping carrier of your choice. Please enclose the return we have emailed you after initiating your return. Once we receive your package, we will issue your refund.
